Terms of Service — ThinkRN

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ThinkRN platform, website, ambassador program, study materials, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, curricula, question banks, study frameworks, platform designs, and ideas comprising ThinkRN are the exclusive intellectual property of ThinkRN and its founder. This includes but is not limited to:

The ThinkRN name, logo, and brand identity
All NCLEX prep content, question sets, and study frameworks
The Ambassador Program model and recruitment structure
The ThinkEDU concept and any associated educational methodologies
All written, visual, and digital materials produced under the ThinkRN brand

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any ThinkRN intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Ambassador Program

Participation in the ThinkRN Ambassador Program is by application and approval only. Ambassadors represent ThinkRN within their campus communities and agree to uphold ThinkRN’s values, standards, and confidentiality requirements. Ambassador status may be revoked at any time for conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

Ambassadors may not independently monetize, resell, or redistribute ThinkRN materials without explicit written authorization.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information in applications or communications
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the ThinkRN platform or content
Share access credentials or program materials with unauthorized individuals
Engage in any conduct that could harm ThinkRN’s reputation or community

5. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared with you through the ThinkRN platform, Telegram community, ambassador communications, or direct correspondence is confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose such information without prior written consent from ThinkRN.

6. Disclaimers

ThinkRN provides educational study support and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) or any nursing licensing authority. ThinkRN does not guarantee NCLEX pass rates or specific academic outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkRN and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

ThinkRN reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kansas City, Missouri.
