ThinkRN (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use the ThinkRN platform or apply to the Ambassador Program.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Application data: Name, school email address, university, major, year in program, study habits, and personal statement submitted through the Ambassador application form.
- Account data: Email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general platform activity (no personally identifiable tracking).
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Review and process Ambassador Program applications
- Communicate acceptance, denial, or follow-up regarding your application
- Provide access to the ThinkRN platform and community (Telegram group)
- Improve the ThinkRN platform, content, and user experience
- Send important program updates (no spam — we hate it too)
4. Data Storage & Security
Application and account data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Email Communications
By submitting an application, you consent to receiving email communications from ThinkRN at the address provided. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us directly.
6. Third-Party Services
ThinkRN uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — website hosting and deployment
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Telegram — community communication (governed by Telegram’s own Privacy Policy)
These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time

8. Children’s Privacy
ThinkRN is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
